Shipping Address Changes
If you would like to change the address of your order, please contact us by email with the new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we cannot alter the shipping address anymore.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All of products sold on Autelpilot are tax free, no customs or duties. There are no any other extra charge on products sold on Autelpilot.
Order Shipping Notification
Once the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a tracking code with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time.
How Do I Track My Orders?
After the item being shipped out, you can track it on our website by clicking the "track my order" button in the navigation bar. Or you can just contact us and we would love to check it for you.
What If My Package Got Lost During Shipping?
We will resend you one or refund you full amount within 24 hours, depending on you, if the package is lost during shipping.
Why was my package not deliverable?
The decision to label a shipment as undeliverable is made by the carrier usually for one of the following reasons:
- Incorrect address
If an address is incorrect or incomplete the package will be returned by the carrier. Please be careful when entering your address and proof read it for any mistakes before submitting your order.
- Refused by recipient
If you are placing an order to send as a gift it may be refused by a recipient who is not expecting to receive a gift. You may want to let the recipient know that they should be expecting a surprise.
If you are not happy about your purchase, you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping of Returns
For any returns caused by the product quality issue, we will pay for the return shipping cost. If the return is not because of product quality, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
